At Equal Pro, our mission is to create equal access to youth sports by removing the financial barriers that prevent young athletes from participating, developing, and thriving.
Through intentional programming, community partnerships, and impactful fundraising initiatives, Equal Pro works to provide sustainable opportunities for underserved athletes and families. Our goal is not only to keep kids in the game, but to create lasting positive outcomes that extend far beyond the field.
Our Story
Equal Pro was founded in 2025 by Bo McMillan after recognizing a growing gap in access to youth sports opportunities within their community. What began as conversations around the sidelines quickly became a shared commitment to ensuring that financial circumstances never determine a child’s ability to play, grow, and belong.
Built on the belief that sports are a powerful vehicle for confidence, discipline, and community, Equal Pro exists to level the playing field for young athletes who are too often left on the sidelines. Through intentional programming, community partnerships, and targeted fundraising, the organization works to remove financial barriers and create sustainable pathways for participation, development, and long-term impact; both on and off the field.
