Equal Pro was built on the belief that every child deserves a fair chance to pursue their dreams in sports, no matter their financial situation. That mission only becomes possible because of the incredible individuals who choose to give their time and heart to serve others. Our volunteers are the reason we’re able to reach more families, open more doors, and create real opportunities for young athletes. Their willingness to show up and invest in these kids goes far beyond support, it changes lives.
